The WhatNow Launch Party was an enormous success! The party, held at Kildare’s Irish Pub in Scranton was well-attended by investors, stakeholders and supporters of Cracked Innovations; including tecBRIDGE, the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre Chambers of Commerce, and members of the northeast Pennsylvania technology community. Also in attendance to show his support was Mayor William Courtright of Scranton.
The event included a ribbon cutting to celebrate the official launch of the WhatNow app, a slide-show presentation from Kevin Granville and Candace Allen; WhatNow’s co-founders about their journey, and presenting their investors with thank-you gifts for their help.
“We really just wanted to take a breath and celebrate all the hard work that’s been put in, and show some recognition to our investors who have hung with us throughout this process,” Candace said.
Also included at the event was a “red carpet” area where guests could get photos with the WhatNow Mascot, along with live entertainment and food and drink.
“Kildare’s was great! When we told them what we wanted to do, they were immediately on board, and were even interested in using WhatNow to promote some of their own events,” said Kevin.
WhatNow is currently available on iOS and Android devices. Keep checking out WhatNow.social for more news on community events and app updates!
